Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms & Conditions apply to any order placed on MonkeDAO, operated by MonkeDAO (-).

1. Orders

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase the selected items at the price and on the conditions displayed at checkout. An order is only binding once we have confirmed it by email.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may include applicable taxes as indicated. Payment is processed by our payment partner and may be made by card or supported cryptocurrencies.

3. Token-gated or wallet-restricted items

Some items may require ownership of a specific token or NFT to be purchasable. Eligibility is verified at checkout against your connected wallet.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms, costs, and estimated times are shown at checkout. Risk transfers to the buyer upon hand-over to the carrier.

5. Digital and on-chain goods

Where an order includes digital downloads or on-chain assets (e.g. NFTs or tokens), delivery is considered complete once the asset has been made available to your account or transferred to your wallet.

6. Right of withdrawal / returns

Where applicable consumer-protection law grants a right of withdrawal, the conditions and excluded categories (notably personalised or digital goods already delivered) apply as stated in the Refund Policy.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered office of MonkeDAO, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
