Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how orders are dispatched from MonkeDAO.

1. Where we ship

Available shipping destinations and zones are shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, write to orders@monkedao.io and we will let you know whether we can help.

2. Shipping rates and times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the items in your cart. Estimates do not include any customs clearance delay.

3. Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within the time-window stated on the product page or at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email — and, where available, a tracking link — once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

4. Duties and taxes

For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for any import duty, VAT, or customs fee charged on arrival, unless explicitly included at checkout.

5. Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or fails to arrive within a reasonable delay after the estimate, contact us at orders@monkedao.io.

6. Digital and on-chain goods

Digital downloads are made available in your account. On-chain assets are sent to the wallet you connected at checkout.
